Accessibility commitment
Our approach
This website uses semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, descriptive labels, high-contrast colours and motion controls that respect a device's reduced-motion preference. Layouts are designed to adapt from large screens to mobile devices without requiring horizontal scrolling.
Forms and documents
Public forms provide field labels, step indicators, validation messages and text confirmation references. Some archived documents and media remain on the former COI website or external services and may not yet meet the same standard.
